The Laufer family travels to Bombay to tell the story of the father, Nahum, and his mother, who found refuge in the city after they escaped from the Nazis. As the family arrives in Mumbai (Bombay), they find themselves in the midst of the November 2008 terror attacks and all their plans are disrupted.
